Three countries within one kilometer

Seltschach is located exactly on the three country point Austria-Italy-Slovenia. You have the beautiful nature of these 3
countries within 15 min drive from our house.

Italy

But not only Austria is beautiful in the area of ​​Seltschach. With 6 min drive you are in Italy, pizza, pasta and
especially nature. A real highlight is lago di Fussine, two lakes where you imagine yourself in a fairytale paradise.
But also Tarvisio with numerous restaurants, covered market and a small monastery at the top of the ski lift. In the village
there is also a summer toboggan run on the south side, Tarvisio Alpin Coaster.

And then there is Slovenia

That is where we think the word nature was invented. From left to right Zelenci, Jasna, Soca valley and Virje waterfall. All within a 20 to 45 minute drive. A little further on is the famous lake with island and church, Lake Bled. The ski village of Kranjska Gora is just over the mountain behind Seltschach. Via the beautiful Würzenpaß you are there in 20 minutes.
Highly recommended in summer and especially in winter. If you buy a multi-day ski pass in the 3landereck ski area, you can ski 1 or more days in Tarvisio or Kranjska Gora for free.

Besides nature, there are of course nice places to walk through or shop. Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, Klagenfurt, Tarvisio, Kranjska Gora en Ljubliana.
